I do wordle, mini, then connections in that order every morning bc for me that's easiest to hardest. so when I get to connections I'm warmed up

I’m also someone who finds connections easy and spelling bee hard. I think it’s because I’m very math brained and see patterns really easily. My spelling, however, is atrocious

My DS19 has a hard time with connections sometimes because the cultural references aren’t pertinent to his generation.

I can see that, especially the ones that are all something that can go with the same word to make different phrases.

I don’t go to bed until I’ve played the Mini, Wordle and Connections. It helps me settle my mind to focus on those puzzles from everything else in my day.

I got today’s mini in 1:21 today. Just waiting for Wordle and Connections to drop now…

I play connections. Occasionally spelling bee although not as much as I did. I never play Wordle or anything else there.

I play a few on Wash Post occasionally.

Start the morning with connections and a cat on my lap, then move to spelling bee and sun for genius each day. I really don’t like using the hints, so have only gotten queen bee once. Might do letter box later in the day. It’s an enjoyable little habit!

I'm still mad they got rid of the acrostic puzzle online.

I think Connections follows the pattern of the main crossword and Spelling Bee, which means it is supposed to get harder from Monday to Sunday.

I play them first thing in the morning. Wordle is first (although honestly I prefer Octordle). Then Spelling Bee. I like to get to genius but will only play for a few minutes generally (usually the 9 minutes of my snooze for all the games). Then Connections. Then Letter Boxed. I will do the crossword at some point, usually within the 9 minutes if it's M-Th. Friday I may need more time, and Saturday and Sunday I definitely do, but will have more time on those days so it's fine. I'll finish up anything before I go to bed if I haven't done it yet, but I don't really care if I miss a day. I don't like the Mini so I don't do that.

Don’t love:
Vertex
Letter Boxed
Tiles
Sodoku

Great they have different games for different folks

Tiles is dumb and mindless -- I like doing it while listening to audiobooks because I can concentrate better on listening if I'm doing something mindless with my hands.

I will often play Solitaire or Sudoku when listening to an audiobook if I'm in bed. Otherwise I'm doing something with my hands (washing dishes, folding laundry, etc.).

My order is Wordle, mini, connections, and then, lastly, spelling bee. Spelling bee is last because I might go back to it throughout the day to find more words. I'm impressed by those who have gotten queen bee. I have never gotten that. My sister gets it regularly, I am frequently genius level, but alas never queen bee

I also do the crossword puzzle, but that's not a daily puzzle for me,

Wait, what is Queen Bee? I pay for NYT and mine goes to Genius as the highest level?

This thread made me laugh out loud! Who knew I had so much in common with random Internet strangers?

I also do Connections, Wordle, and Spelling Bee daily. Sometimes I’ll do Sudoku, and I’m not a huge fan of Tiles or Letter Boxed.

Wait like you have gotten gold Monday through Sunday for multiple years?!? I am so impressed! It's usually a stupid Saturday puzzle that takes me down. Sundays I'm good at.

NP. After you get Genius you can select “Keep Playing”, and if you get every possible word you are Queen Bee 🐝

I only do the non-subscription versions because otherwise I'd spend waaaay too much time on the games.
Usually each day I do mini, wordle, letterboxed, spelling bee, connections, and tiles.
