You're interpreting this too literally. Ketchup smells like vinegar. Sweat can smell like vinegar because of underlying health conditions. It's not unlikely at all that he smells like ketchup.

Depends what he was using. I remember in the olden days of heavily perfumed makeup you could definitely smell cosmetics, like the old “medicated” Cover Girl foundation, especially if someone used too much and didn’t wash it off.

Donald Trump probably does smell terrible. Medical conditions like dementia can make people smell even when someone is caring for them, and obviously fecal incontinence smells horrible. He cakes on his makeup. He’s a repellent slug.

Maybe read the linked article to understand what the end goal is. There were 4 previous articles written by the author scrutinizing who, what and why. Trump is no longer even on the fringe of sanity. Eight republicans in our house have dismantled any sense of reality. Its no time to sit things out. Do the research and understand who you are voting for.
