Enthusiasm

DH is very enthusiastic. Only married 4 years, so we’ll see what happens over time.

We’ve been married a long time and we are still very enthusiastic. Threads like this can be very depressing.

What does enthusiasm mean?

My partner initiates, shows interest in my body, not just my genitals, and always prefers to go down on me first.

I also initiate, like touching whether or not it leads to sex, and sex can mean either oral, hands, or PIV, or some combination. Sometimes includes toys.

Sounds like you both are enthusiastic, and enviable for those of us who aren’t experiencing that.

To me, enthusiasm means she's happy to be invited to the party; maybe even think of a little something to bring so she doesn't arrive empty handed. "I'll go if I have to" is not an enthusiastic party guest.

It depends entirely on how I’m feeling.

When I feel good, yes.

When I’m overburdened, not so much. I’m not a blow up doll.

He’s always enthusiastic as we are both very good at meeting each others needs. There are a couple of things I do to him, not all the time, that make him very enthusiastic.
