Youngkin's political career is toast, yes.

Best he can hope for is some cabinet official after 2028, if a Republican wins.

But he's not going to be able to beat Warner or Kaine in the Senate. He can't run for governor again. He blew his political capital on an election that was supposed to jumpstart his presidential ambitions but fell flat on his face.

No one takes him seriously.

Why would voters who are attracted to the likes of Trump ever vote for someone as bland as Youngkin? Your parents' and grandparents' GOP is dead.
