No it isn’t. It’s legitimate criticism of a country at war. The message from the school way overstepped.

How is cheer on someone denying a group their constitutional right to protest "legitimate criticism".

The First Amendment says: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

It does not say anything about the obligation of bus drivers to transport people to peaceable assemblies.

Exactly and the bus driver tried to deny them that right. Protests are protected under the 1st amendment right. He can't deny people their constitutional rights.

The bus driver was exercising his own FA rights by refusing.

Those people were free to find another means of transportation. They were free to protest in their own yards. No one was going to jail them.

The FA doesn’t guarantee an audience or a platform for your speech. Nor to is guarantee you assistance in making it.

I am actually laughing at this and I am a supporter of Israel. This statement is really a stretch.

Nobody supported Hamas in this thread. But, lunatics like you make it impossible to have a reasonable discussion on such topics. I'm going to lock the thread not to save myself headaches down the road.
