Plain yogurt with blueberries and raspberries, a banana
Salad bag with some leftover chicken breast Pre-workout mini kind bar and another banana (bought too many!) Leftover spaghetti/turkey meatballs Some dried mango and a handful of peanuts. Various cups of black coffee, tea, selzer, probably some other snacks I forgot about. I tend to eat a lot, but hey, no Halloween candy today! |
| A bunch of TJ peanut butter cups, pasta with shrimp for dinner, toast for breakfast, salad for lunch. Multiple cups of coffee, milk no sugar. Not in order. |
