| Thus far a Venti Starbucks americano with oatmilk and 4 pumps gingerbread. Not proud of this, but I have the day off and I'm cleaning my house today and it is what it is. |
| A small bowl of raisin bran and 4 oz of OJ. I just woke up. |

Scrambled eggs with cinnamon, sourdough toasted bagel with butter, cantaloupe.
Lunch will be this tomato/chicken thing I make with small tomatoes, baked chicken, pasta and ricotta. Dinner will be won ton soup, with a side of carrots and red bell pepper. |

Breakfast - coffee with wobbly egg and sourdough toast.
Lunch - tea with leftover lasagna and apple. Dinner - TBD. |

For breakfast: muffin, 2 clementines, a banana , handful of blueberries and a cup of yogurt.
Lunch: salad made of broccoli sprouts, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled tortilla chips, roast chicken strips and salsa. Pineapple and some Oreos Dinner will probably be quesadillas with sauce and sour cream |

Lunch - salad with tuna, strawberries, roll Dinner, chicken apple onions, roast some veg. |

greek salad with fresh mozzarella. dinner is gonna be soup and a ham sandwich |

- hardboiled egg for breakfast, 3-4 dried apricots
- oatmeal, apples, and a little peanut butter for lunch - dinner, vegetable soup - after dinner snack: Halloween candy and some chips |

Coffee Banana for snack Leftover butter chicken (homemade with chicken breast), a little whole wheat pasta and peas for lunch |
| Saag paneer, roti and raita for lunch. I’m about to skip out to get a pastry for my afternoon chai break. |
