What did you eat today?

I’m off today and I generally eat better when I’m not at work.
Breakfast was one egg with broccoli/onion and cheese.
Lunch was bagged salad with rotisserie chicken and crispy wonton strips on top.
Then I watched Below Deck and ate half a toblerone.
Dinner will ge in the car because of soccer practice. Chicken breast bites with cucumber and carrot sticks( we’re all eating the same because it’s easy)

Breakfast was cream of wheat with brown sugar, dried cherries, dates, and walnuts.

Morning snack was a clementine and a handful of almonds.

Lunch was chili on rice with jalapenos and onion.

Dinner is grilled pork chops and roasted garlic broccoli.

Some chocolate chip panettone with coffee

Yogurt and cottage cheese with raspberries (I eat this daily to start the day with 30g of protein + fiber)

Lunch was a deli meat chicken sandwich on whole grain bread with lettuce and avocado Mayo

Last night we had the Argentinian shrimp with ginger garlic butter and togorashi seasoning from Trader Joe’s frozen section with rice and roasted veggies. It was surprisingly delicious!

Toast with butter & peanut butter

Chili dog sans bun, sliced pears

Dinner will be turkey cobbler with chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

I did not know chocolate chip panettone exists!

I had a spicy lentil soup. A "skinny" chai that I made at home with a mix. Probably some turkey burgers for dinner.

A Chai latte from Starbucks. One mini-sized Butterfinger, one mini-sized Almond Joy, one mini-sized Payday.

I'll be having Chinese takeout for dinner.

Breakfast: egg whites in a tortilla with some cheese & hot sauce
Lunch: leftover turkey meatloaf (made little single serving ones in the air fryer!)
Dinner: roasted eggplant, butternut squash and Brussels on a bed of lettuce with chick peas and feta

two mini sour patch kids halloween candies
a small turkey sandwich
handful of bbq chips
blue raspberry ring pop
a few sparkling waters

Not my best day.

Will either have veggie chili with extra vegges or kimchi rice with extra veggies for dinner.

Half a bagel with chive cream cheese, half banana and coffee for breakfast

Salad with garlic chickpeas, chickpea pasta, greens, butternut squash, onion, and pear vinaigrette with a lemon spendthrift for lunch

Strawberry ginger juice while out and about

A few beef and roasted corn tacos for dinner, with one small margarita

I like it with butter and a small drizzle of maple syrup, but I'm going to try it PP's way (which is similar to how I do oatmeal).
