+1 I was going to come here to suggest Grace also. There are two John Pauls in my kid's grade and one of them has a sister named Anna. |

OP, are your twins boy-girl and you've already settled on John Paul for the boy?
Some from my family, which is full of Johns and at least one John Paul: Many of these names can be combined and some are biblical--I can't tell if biblical is a plus or minus for you. Sarah Emma Grace (as others have suggested) Claire Emily Anna Sophia Elizabeth Leah |

I thought that was a son already born. |
Wouldn't that be sisterS? Or are you positing a coming set of twins, boy and girl, and for some reason also assuming an older child already waiting? |

Op again,
Expecting boy - girl twins. . We've settled on John Paul for the boy. Struggling to find a name we agree on for the girl.. From what has been suggested I like Tatiana DH says we can put it on the list. He also has suggested Amelia and Georgia which I don't love but also don't hate so we're getting closer. |

John Paul and Georgia twins sound cute.

I made a mistake. Sue me. |
Eh, you need a double barrel name that's "classic" ...Tatiana is too foreign sounding and Georgia is hippyish. Something like AnnMarie or Julieanna. |
