Should I vote republican or a democrat? I despise both parties.

Ja wohl, Herr Leader! Everyone must vote for The Party! Otherwise you must be MAGA.

Crashing economy, millions sick and dying, hospitals over subscribed with staff completely worn out, schools closed. That was 2020.

LOL. You have inadvertently advocated for voting Republican.
Yeah... we had a pandemic. It is gone. Those schools that were closed..... mostly blue states with Democrats governing with the unions pushing to keep the schools closed. Definitely a case to vote Republican.

If Biden had been in office, the whole thing would have been handled better. Face it, Trump is a loser and everything and everyone around him gets compromised. He along can not "solve it" and he generally surrounds himself with morons. That is why so many of them have been convicted of crimes executed on his behalf and why so many more are currently under indictment.

Trump University, Trump Foundation, Trump Airlines, Trump Steaks, Trump Org, Trump Presidency - all losers.

Yeah, I don't believe that for one second.
If a Democrat were in office, lock downs, mandates and school closings would have been far worse. We saw that once Biden took office.

There was never a lockdown. Typical MAGA liar.

Trump has made it clear that he intends to seek revenge against all of his political enemies if he gets back in the White House. Would he just meekly walk away after 4 short years so that a Democrat could turn the tables on him?

And what if Trump is not the nominee?

What do you think? After re-reading the above, I feel like I should probably vote republican, but i just hate most republican politicians!

Your choice is a white nationalist facism, or the democrats. Choose wisely.

More like neo-Soviet (GOP) vs neo-facists (Dems). Chose wisely.

No.

If Clinton or Biden had been in office, they wouldn’t have cut CDC staff in China. There would have been U.S. government action in multiple fora, including WHO, before Covid would have had a chance to spread. There wouldn’t have been a global pandemic.

Just like we stopped the spread of other pandemic coronaviruses (SARS 2003 under Bush) and (MERS 2012 under Obama). Government is the solution sometimes.

March 25, 2020 WASHINGTON(Reuters) - The Trump administration cut staff by more than two-thirds at a key U.S. public health agency operating inside China, as part of a larger rollback of U.S.-funded health and science experts on the ground there leading up to the coronavirus outbreak, Reuters has learned.

I will wait to see who runs, but honestly would like a hard reset.

If you want a hard reset, take yourself to a new country. Let the rest of us have nice things. Trump was a hard reset. Women lost citizenship, millions died in a global pandemic and manure ponds of terrible crap happened. So you go reset yourself in Pierce Hawthorne’s tropical paradise of Somalia and leave the rest of us in peace.

I am 100% with all of OPs issues and I voted Republican locally and democrat state/nationally.

He will be. Even if he is in jail (and he won't be in jail)

This is how I feel too. The crazy wing of the Republican party takes over whenever the Republicans win anything. Moderate R politicians seem helpless against them. So I support moderate Ds for now, who are a lot like 80s era republicans. I would vote for a Mitt Romney candidacy, if there were one.

-There were exactly zero "lock downs" under Biden.
-School closings wouldn't have been necessessary if everyone had been vaccinated. But the right made vaccinations a dirty word and as a result, there was more spread, more hospitalizations and more death, particularly in red states.
-The number of kids in Florida who have longCovid as a result of DeSantis's irresponsible handling of COVID is likely something all US taxpayers will be covering for decades to come.

Your memory is short. When Biden came into office, he developed the infrastructure from scratch - Trump had done NOTHING - to get vaccines out to the public as quickly and safely as possible. That, in and of itself, made his presidency worthwhile. Add to it the economic recovery and expanded job growth post-recovery without *knock on wood* and economic collapse, is a miracle. No other country has had the rebound the US has had. Yes, there is inflation, but that was due to Trump's woeful handling of COVID - the fact that the US is in better economic shape than any other country shows how well Biden's policies are working.

Who has a lower inflation rate? Who has a higher GDP? Who has more job growth?

No one.

Mitt would still ban abortion, but ya, I get it.

Another reason the Dems are better for the country

If Trump or the GOP were still in charge, the very wealthy would not be paying anything to support our country. The country that provided the conditions and infrastructure for these people to make that money in the first place.

If you hate Trump and MAGAs, well he is currently running the Republican Party, so there’s your answer.

Also, if he ever gets back into office, we may never get him out…so if you want choice in the future vote for Democrats . (You can choose ones who are closer to your views, and communicate with those in office to shape their views)
