Can you name the builder, please?

Wowza. "Mrs Dempsey" is running quite the scheme here. I want to know how Mr. Poynton all the way in Joppa got swindled into this.

It’s all here in the case file. https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/66824133/poynton-v-dempsey/

Wow- buyer beware.

Plaintiff seems to think he was entitled to easy money without much due diligence

The flip like most is utterly ridiculous

I just don’t like the inside- it doesn’t feel homey or a place I could see myself living at all.

But I love that street.

For $3 million I would want to do my laundry in the basement mechanical room. At that price point couldn’t they have moved the laundry to its own room? Or on the 2nd floor?

No street in AU Park is lovable.

The house is way too close to other houses and the street to have all these full size windies.

Agree. It would take a lot of furniture to make this livable. Expensive furniture because the scale is large.

The ceilings look really low. Does not give the airy and bright environment people today are usually looking for (even if they can’t/don’t) put it into words. This just does not look like an appealing place to live.
