Thoughts on this flip? |

Meh.
Pros: Slightly less generic finishes than the usual flip. Floor plan looks functional. Roof deck is a nice plus. Good lot size and backyard. Cons: Probably overbuilt and overpriced for the area. Still very generic. Only two stories, so a lot of the floor space is basement. Ceilings might not be that high, difficult to tell. Weird dirt area outside the garage. |
I line it but everything about it is very "right now." |
| Was it brick before? Because taking away brick to put up hardiboard is very sad. |
| Random sinks and bars everywhere.. |
| 3 million? I'll take one of the ones sitting in Cleveland Park, please. |
| I bought a house from this flipper. The windows started rotting through approximately one year later. She never did fix the work. Also she has a number of lawsuits against her and recently filed for bankruptcy. Shameful behavior. |

1) 5K SF squeezed onto a 7K lot. It's simply too much house.
2) Unattractive style overall. The back is super contemporary while the front is Dutch Colonial. Doesn't feel cohesive 3) Don't like the tile choices in the bathrooms, looks cheap. 4) love the floors! Don't know about the price. If you need 7 bedrooms and you want to be in this general area, it's priced lower per sf than the competition, but the competition is sitting. It's a really tough price point. This is going to sit for a while. |
Where does it say who the developer is? |
It doesn’t but DC property records are public. |
Something made you look it up though. What clued you in? |
Also, are there too few windows, or are they just in the wrong locations? |
Exact same light fixtures, mirrors, kitchen, other things. |
Even the listing description. |
100% this. Unless for some reason you really want to be in AU Park, there are better locations and neighborhoods in this price range. |
