This is awful...are there better clinics? Years ago when I was going through this I experienced this incompetence at Columbia Fertility. i switched to Dominion and it was a different world. It makes me so angry that places can do this patients and get away with it. They clearly don't care about anything but your money.

They never let you schedule a follow up appointment, you have to wait until they call you

they say you will get called in "1 or 2 days" or whatever but that means "1 or 2 weeks"

nothing the dr. says matches up with the "coordinator"

our coordinator told us the dr. doesn't understand the procedures which is why he told us the wrong thing even though he's been working there for decades

they never tell us any schedule

they always tell us new requirements that we didn't know about

basically we have zero control, zero knowledge, and zero trust

its been 15 months since we first asked for ivf treatment and we still haven't been able to start anything despite having obvious infertility

Um, that is outrageous. It's way past time for you to move on to another provider. You're wasting precious time (not trying to say that's your fault, btw).

I hated SG. I was treated worse there than any other medical practice in my life. Literally the meanest, rudest, most uncaring doctor I've ever met. And the God complex was unreal.
