In the US, the correct spelling is judgment…no E.
Google it. Anyone who went to Catholic school knows how to spell the commonly misspelled words like this. PS - It’s gray in the US |

Yes, but if you are a US lawyer negotiating with a UK lawyer it goes back and forth, or even a French lawyer writing in English. Eventually you'll see it doesn't really matter. Of course official court documents would be another matter. I've stopped caring about different English dialect spellings. |
