Words that you have a hard time spelling

All of you have done a great job of documenting tricky words! It seems like double c, r, or s throws off many!

Anyone else losing their ability to spell? I used to be pretty intuitive and had a decent memory for spelling. But not so much anymore. I'm assuming it's due to spell check, autocorrect, predictive text. Looking up a word in the dictionary forces you to focus on the word more. Plus as a minor lexophile I would also spend an extra few minutes looking at other words on the dictionary page every time I looked up a word. I miss that.

Yes. Spelling and driving skills. I blame Covid for the later.

My 5th grade teacher wrote SepArate on the board and said, "See how the A sepArates the two halves of separate?" Brilliant!
