How long should you wait for bakery job?

You don't have a small business and never worked at one, is that right? Of course he should swing by and introduce himself. Owners wear many hats and are typically very busy. He could stand out for making the effort & giving them a chance to consider him.


+1 Cafe bakery owner here. Show up when the bakery isn't busy. Buy something. Ask if the owner is there and tell them you applied for a job. Good luck!

If this is the job they want then showing up during non busy hours might work. They might be a little fearful of hiring a teen. So making the extra effort could get them the job.
