Co-worker’s LinkedIn is inaccurate

I did some research and found out his experience does not match his LinkedIn page (and most likely does not match the resume he submitted to the agency).

How do I report this?

And just how do his actions injure you?

In addition to the above, is unprofessional, belligerent, and has called me a number of times to berate me (for the actions of superiors - he is not a superior btw, if anything is one grade below me).

You could try to confront them about it.
Honestly, you're probably going to have to suck it up until an actual fireable offense comes up. LinkedIn isn't directly connected to obtaining the job.

Then make an actual HR complaint about those actions. Being an annoying tattletale about a fake linkedin profile isn’t going to cause anyone to take you seriously.

I’d let the LI profile go

I would hope so but fed gov’t is harder to get fired for performance. Easier to get fired for lying or fraud.
Neither of which is determined by a LinkedIn profile.

Okay, you’re right. I should have started documenting a while ago. My mistake.

You can still take your complaints forward now if you know the approximate dates of his behavior. You don’t need a timestamped notebook of several years worth of issues. You shouldn’t be subjected to multiple incidents of verbal abuse.

It would be very easy for me to pull up my teams record to find this I’m sure.

Take a quick search and then submit your complaint. You deserve respectful treatment at work.
