I was wondering how a co-worker got a job with our agency because he has created a number of fire drills, is not very good in his role, and in general is a distraction to the team. I did some research and found out his experience does not match his LinkedIn page (and most likely does not match the resume he submitted to the agency). How do I report this?
And just how do his actions injure you?
In addition to the above, is unprofessional, belligerent, and has called me a number of times to berate me (for the actions of superiors - he is not a superior btw, if anything is one grade below me).
Then make an actual HR complaint about those actions. Being an annoying tattletale about a fake linkedin profile isn’t going to cause anyone to take you seriously.
Okay, you’re right. I should have started documenting a while ago. My mistake.
You can still take your complaints forward now if you know the approximate dates of his behavior. You don’t need a timestamped notebook of several years worth of issues. You shouldn’t be subjected to multiple incidents of verbal abuse.
