Water bottles for lunchboxes

Having it the whole day seems excessive. They don’t know real thirst because they’re sipping all day. That plus water makes your stomach feel full so they might not eat as much as they should.

I actually rather they drink more water. But they will know when to ask for more food. We are still using our Klean lanterns from last year though our kids are a little hard on their water bottles and the spouts too are chewed quite a bit by now. But apart from the bite marks, they still don’t leak and we are less willing to spend much if they are happy with the bottles. They are also 16 oz and they are grade 3 and 5 girls.
