Have we talked about this Arlington property with an amazing lakefront view?

It’s not a new house though. It says “Entire Full Renovation top to bottom.” And under year built it says 1959. But maybe the remodel hasn’t been done yet.

Whoever this realtor is they are definitely not earning their commission with this crappy listing.

Look at the photo in the OP.

Looks like Charleston that they photo shopped in. If the picture is even real. I can never tell.

But good luck to the suckers going to look at it expecting a water view.

none of them are real

+100, this is not a waterfront property

I just slipped and fell from just LOOKING at the kitchen flooring.

I do love the view though!

Maybe the house comes with one of those vinyl window stickers that’s a photo of waterfront.

I wonder how those neighbors across the street feel about that entire side of Tazewell suddenly have a flood factor of 100

The photo shopping is getting out of control. Also same with the fake photo staging. Realtors need to just STOP.

They ate probably not concerned about a 1 percent chance of flooding.

OMG this. Keep the wood floors throughout the entire level, that is a skating rink.

That lot on a cliff is a hard pass

There's an open house on Sunday. Let's all go and ask where the view is (they still have the waterfront photo up).
