Have we talked about this Arlington property with an amazing lakefront view?

Look at the photo in the OP.

But there’s no lake anywhere near that house. Is that a fake photo?

This is one of the weirder local listings we've had on here, and that's saying a lot. There's no way the final price begins with a 2.

It's definitely a fake photo. What a bananas choice for the realtor to make!

That's clearly a photo from an entirely different place. There's even a battery in front of the lake. More like New Orleans or Charleston, but for sure not Arlington or any other area in the DMV.

Same photos found in this SC listing: https://www.compass.com/listing/2-battery-place-charleston-sc-29401/776817752932111001/

Like I said, Charleston for the win! Arlington ain't no Charleston.

No, it is absolutely real. They just hired a killer staging company.

I didn't know staging companies supplied bodies of water as part of their warehouse offerings

The photos all seem computer generated to me. The street view on google maps shows the house pre-flip. Not sure the flip has even happened yet!
Anonymous
Would never pay this much for a flip.

What's the point of putting interior photos of a completely different listing?
Anonymous
So the listing says there is a model home available to look at it - I think that means this house hasn't actually been built yet, or is in the process of being built.

WTF? $2.3 Million and they couldn't bother to put a garage in? CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP
