Have you looked at a map on this? Not a lake to be found nearby.

I never understood this “two streetlights to dc” nonsense that Arlington agents seem to always use. You still have to travel on highways that have plenty of traffic, and unless your office is right at the dc border, you’ll have plenty of stoplights in dc. It’s such a useless statement.

A rundown house that sold for sub $1M and is being flipped. The layout is awful and the finishes are worse.

Looks like Charleston that they photo shopped in. If the picture is even real. I can never tell.

But good luck to the suckers going to look at it expecting a water view.

Barf. That interior is so wrong for that house. It looks so cheap. And the black window frames on a mid 20th century ranch. It's HORRIBLE.

Also, why is a 20 foot long mudroom supposed to be more desirable than a one car garage? I see some real cheap choices here.

Those handles on the faux bathroom drawers are going to suck when brushing your teeth.

Exterior are. But yes the interior seem all to be from another property. But I assume they are using the same finishes.

I don't understand the water color style image; there are material differences between the building and the representation.
