Proof of residency- house deed?

Fyi- they will accept a ratified contract but you have to sign an affidavit saying you will pay tuition if you don't end up moving to the county within 60 days. I assume this is only for people new to the county, not moving within the county.

We used our mortgage statement. Surely, you have one from last month so it should be easier.
