I will tell you my favorite movie is Empire of the Sun, but it is really Independence Day. |
Yes to P and P and Colin Firth! Only HE is Mr. Darcy to me... any other actor playing him is a lame substitute. The P and P with Keira Knightley was awful. |
The other sister is really good. I never hear anyone talk about it. It has GREAT actors in it, and is just interesting.
I also like knocked up. The humor is hysterical, and it's smart funny. I also enjoyed the hangover ![]() |
My two favorite movies are "Anchorman: Legend of Ron Burgundy" and "The Insider" with Al Pacino and Russell Crowe. Such a good movie - seen it probably a dozen times and always find something new in it.
Recently I've loved "500 Days of Summer" and also thought "The Proposal" was good - so predictable, but clearly I knew that going in and it was cute if you are a Ryan Reynolds fan (I am). |
Like Rachel Green! Claims her favorite movie is Dangerous Liaisons, but really it's Weekend at Bernie's. |
Almost Famous |
A Room with a View, Un Coeur en Hiver, Manon des Sources, Paperhouse, Lust (Caution), Ronin, The Red Violin |
Like Water for Chocolate |
I could watch like water for chocolate, and read the book over and over again |
Bringing Up Baby - Cary Grant and Katherine Hepburn are adorable. It's one of those "zany" '30s-'40s era comedies. |
I almost peed my pants laughing at The Proposal My Faves are Love Actually Pretty Women Dancing With Wolves Sleepless in Seattle |
Oh and Baby Boom! |
Waiting for Guffman
Flirting with Disaster both are hilarious! |
OMG Yes! I like to call it the One True Version. Depending on what day you catch me I might say my favorite was P&P or I might say it was Love Jones, Jackie Brown, Kill Bill, or She's Having My Baby. |
I responded earlier in the thread but I forgot to mention You've Got Mail, Dirty Dancing, The Hangover, Super Bad, and Knocked Up.
Sigh. I haven't watched a movie in forever! |
