It's charming and romantic.

I love you! I never hear anyone talk about this movie, except me and my mother. It's adorable. In fact, I just rented it again a few months ago. "Come along, children, let's put the bubby to bed."

I love this movie too! It's so authentic. I wonder whatever happened to Amy Irving?

I love it too! I was thinking about it recently while talking to the kids about pickles. Now I want to watch it again.

For sheer 80's nostalgia, I love "Valley Girl," with a young Nicholas Cage. So bad it's great. The Thin Man is one of my favorite movies, and I love All the President's Men, which feels like a thriller when you're watching it. Once is also a really nice 'little' movie with excellent music.

I like this movie, and it's one of my husband's absolute favorites. We own it. We're in our 30s.

me too, though i'm 40 -- I have loved, love, loved this movie since college (and I own it, too).
I'm the one that originally posted about this movie. I'm 36 and it makes me so happy that you all are out there! Perhaps I'm running in the wrong circles ... I laud this as my fave movie whenever asked and no one's ever heard of it. Cheers to you all!

I can't say it's my favorite, but it's up there for me, too. It was entertaining in a thoughtful way, and I liked how they inserted lots of dark humor into the scenes.
