Would you rather live in Wisconsin or Michigan?

Traverse city

But state vs state - Wisconsin

Why that choice OP? Unless someone likes cold weather and/ or they are from there, neither choice is good.

If we are just talking job opportunities, Milwaukee > Southeast Michigan, which is still too tied to automotive.

If we are talking natural beauty, Michigan. Love Saugatuck.

Chicagoan here- both have real positives but if I had to pick, I'd go with Michigan because of its fabulous beaches.

Money no object….I would pick Petoskey, MI with a winter home in FL. In fact I would love this view every day.

Michigan's political climate is better than Wisconsin's? Michigan is where they tried to kidnap multiple state govt leaders, right?

Michigan. It has more soul. It is a more diverse state. It is the birthplace of Motown. You need not travel more than 6 miles to find a body of water.

Yes, because the leaders were Democrats. Michigan's political climate is better. Wisconsin has given up.

Somehow I don’t think OP can swing a $50K mortgage after a $1M down payment. And by the way, “Bay Harbor” is a fake community built on top of a toxic brownfield site. If that’s not Pure Michigan, what is. Most polluted and toxic state in the nation.
