If your answer is "neither" this is not the thread for you
Madison > Ann Arbor Milwaukee > Detroit Wisconsin has no real equivalent to Grand Rapids Michigan's political climate > Wisconsin's Michigan state colleges > Wisconsin's They are about equivalent in natural beauty IMO, maybe slight edge to MI Wisconsin sports teams > Michigan's |
You mean that you prefer Wisconsin's school colors better, maybe? |
| Wisconsin- always wins out i the list of better places to live. |
| Wisconsin. Milwaukee suburbs are nice and it is a short trip to Madison (~1hr) or Chicago ~2hr). Michigan is great too though. |
| I'll say it: Neither. Too cold. |
| Michigan, for sure. I like Detroit. And northern MI is gorgeous in the summer. Plus, MI has some decent ski hills. |
No, I meant the "total picture"...I think Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and Badgers > Lions, Tigers, Pistons, Wolverines/Spartans. College sports are better in MI probably but pro is better in WI. I guess if you are a pro hockey fan there is nothing in WI. |
I'll give you the Bucks for sure, but the Packers better be watching their backs. |
| Wisconsin |
| Why can't you do Minneapolis? |
| Michigan |
Oh please! The Lions have had losing seasons 11 of the past 17 seasons and only had 3 playoff appearances since 2007. Aaron Rodgers is the worst but thankfully that era is over but the Packers have made the playoffs 12 of the last 17 seasons including a Super Bowl win. No comparison! And Lambeau > Ford, easy. |
| Michigan. |
Oh I don't know. I guess we'll have to see with the next season. |
| 'Sconsin. |
