No. Persistent high inflation is what's leading us to a recession. Political brinkmanship over the debt ceiling would hurt Republicans just as bad as Democrats. There's a lot of political posturing going on right now, but it's in no one's best political interests to let the country default.

Since Joe has taken office, I've gone days, even weeks at a time without thinking about the White House. I know it's selfish of me not to think of the bottom lines of media companies, but frankly it has been a relief. Just quiet, boring competence.

It's not for me to have a plan, that is the DNC's and political elite's job. I am the voter and I know that an 80 year old man is not ideal to lead a country, especially a country the magnitude of the US, and especially in such volatile times. And his VP has not enough experience to take over if needed.
