2020. Just look at 2020. The left learned exactly what they needed to do. Learned it well.

The left did NOT learn. That’s the problem. They do not have as many loyalist as they think. The problem is thinking as long as we’re not a bad as GOP it doesn’t matter if we are bad. The don’t really care of doing the right things. Hence the swingy-ness of a very large contingent of Americans.

Trying to understand in the context of the GOP: trying to crash the economy, stripping women of bodily autonomy, and trashing the environment and workers rights and wages what the Dems could do that would sway right thinking moderates to vote for Christian Fascists in the context of record employment and a stabilizing economy?

Explain it to me like I am 5.

I’ve just accepted that Republican voters basically have all personality disorders.

Trump vs. any Democrat is a win for the Dems.

Biden vs. any other Republican will be a tough fight.

I don't want Biden again but I also don't want Trump or another Republican.

Like you're 5? Grow up. You're not.

Now the right wing, however, acts like they are 5. "Mine mine mine" "no no no" "waaaah" are things they say all the time. They will never grow up.

Biden didn't get a landslide in '20 and he won't in '24. If Trump is the nominee the electoral map will likely look exactly the same (except Biden will do better than the tiny margins he got in the breaking point states).

Of course. The swing states still decide it and trump has done less than zero to get any additional votes in those places.

Correct. But Biden also isn't going to flip any states he lost in '16. That's why the Dems, for now, need to focus on solidifying and increasing their victory in the states Biden won in '20 (to tap down on the stop the steal whiners).

In the future - Dems should focus on NC...which is a tough state b/c it's gone demographics that are favourable to the Ds but also Demos that despise them. Long term - maybe Texas...but for that's way too heavy a lift for now.

I no longer care much about the whining and squealing from leftists and liberals. I know I’m not sociopathic because I love babies and I love animals. If I have a ‘personality disorder’, I’m happy about this one.

Not without ‘help’. He’s messing with gas tanks, children and homes. He will get more bold and radical over the next year.

If Hamedeh overturns Arizona for Attorney General (and there’s a good chance he does due to uncounted provisionals), that will be a HUGE issue for Hobbs in 2024 - good chance AZ goes back to R

What that tells ‘granny’ is that the ‘youngsters’ are either not capable of understanding or too lazy to try.

+1

I legitimately like Biden. I think he's doing a great job as president. I worry about his age, of course - but I think he's doing a really terrific job through an unbelievably difficult time.

I agree 100%. I do worry about his age but have been very pleased with his leadership.
