Republicans will be handing Biden a second term if they make trump the nom.

Sure he has his rabid base, but a huge portion of the non-crazies that voted for him before (and yes, there were legit reasons to vote Trump) won't do so again. And even with the non-crazies, he didn't get close.

I'm sure Joe is desperately hoping Trump gets it. He won't have to campaign, debate, nothing. Cakewalk.

Some of these responses remind me of 2015 and 2016 when the very idea of DT as president was scoffed at.

Dear Gracious Goodness, can we please have nearly anyone else but those two? Biden is nice, but NO. He makes gaffes continually now, because that's the way he ages. He looks like he died a decade ago. I'm sure deep inside he's still sharp, but NO.

He had his turn, now it can go to someone else. Literally any other Democrat.
