Are there parts of FL that are not sweltering or super humid during the summer? I've never been to the Gulf Coast so maybe there?

If you haven’t done Utah parks yet, we had a great trip last summer with our older teens there.

Flew into Vegas and drove straight to St. George. Rented an awesome house in the Ledges neighborhood https://www.ledges.com/ which is really close to Snow Canyon State Park and IMO as beautiful (on a smaller scale) as Zion and empty! They have e-bike rentals on site at the Ledges you can ride into the park with that were super fun! You could do a day trip to Zion from there or stay somewhere in Zion for the night. We stayed in Zion and did the Narrows hike. Drove from there to Moab to see Arches and Canyonlands. Stayed at a basic chain hotel there which was fine. Did sunrise at Canyonlands and a hike/backcountry Jeep tour in Arches. It was hot, but a great trip. Lots of helpful info on the TripAdvisor forum for that area as well.

Highly recommend!

How are the National Parks in the summer crowd wise? Is June slightly better?

What did you do in those cities? I’ve thought about it with my tweens.
