DP. Never made one before. It looks really interesting. I'd probably add a little lemon zest (I love the lemon/blueberry combo) to the custard.

Blend with yogurt or kefir and water or ice. Faster and uses more of them than whatever multi-fruit multi-ingredient smoothies are out there.

Or throw some into a mojito. Doesn't use very many blueberries, but tastes good while you're mulling these other options.

Isn't it just your standard muffin batter recipe, but you're adding in blueberries and pouring it into a cake pan instead of a muffin tin?

1 cup blueberries (frozen)& 1/2 ripe avocado in blender with a splash or two of liquid….amazing creamy sorbet you will
