I cannot get past a rat in the kitchen of Ratatouille! I know Anthony Bourdain said it was the most accurate representation of a high level kitchen on film down to the slight burns on the hands of some workers.

I do love the way Peter O’Toole says “Popular” as Anton Ego.

It is the best saying of that word since Glinda in Wicked!
