Burgundy Farm in Alexandria. Not sure what openings they have if you’re looking for next year.
Ooops, just checked. Over $35,000 now. |
| Congressional's rates increase with age. Middle school is around $30k. |
| We are at a small private Christian K8 in moco. We’ve been there just over a year now ( upper elem) and are happy. My kid is happy, 16 kids in each class, 2 classes per grade. They do science, PE, social studies etc every week. I know in mcps some of those rotate which I don’t like. MS had recess still which I think kids need and mcps apparently doesn’t. Tuition is 9k. There are no “ grounds” to speak of…. They have a playground and blacktop I think that’s where they save money partially. They go off site for sports in MS |
| Anne Arundel Co schools are somewhat cheaper than DC schools while being high quality (around $30k for high school). |
| No such thing OP. If you are Catholic, do a parish school. |
| Burke is $43k for middle school. |
| Grace Episcopal in Kensington is a "hidden gem" if you're looking for preschool to grade 5. Tuitions starts around $22,000 and goes up to $28,000 for grade 5. They are also generous with aid. A lovely school environment, great community, and wonderful teachers and staff. |
| Pinecrest is a small pre-k to 5 in Annandale inside the beltway. Tuition is 18k next year. It has been a great choice for my shy and quirky DS who was overwhelmed by neighborhood elementary school. |
| Oops, Pinecrest is pk - 6. |
|
| Baltimore schools are much cheaper for great quality |
Are you being sarcastic? SSSAS is second tier at best yet is more expensive than Potomac and others even though the facilities are dismal |

| Charles E Smith is an unusual steal. The German School of Washington used to be the price gem - but Merkel ended gov subsidy. (Tuition was then close to a cheap Catholic middle school) |
