Should I just leave it now?

I've told her to call me.
I've told her to visit me whenever she wants as it's easy to come to my house from the workplace.
She hasn't done that and I know she tried to and it didn't work out but that's an easy mistake to make on my side. I made it clear I still wanted to see her but she didn't come to visit and said her cell call function was not working.
I'm not a bad friend.

You are ordering another adult around. You ARE acting like a bad friend. “I’ve told her to visit me.” You don’t do that to people, especially after you flaked. If you don’t understand this, please consider seeking a professional opinion. If you are not a troll, you may have undiagnosed processing issues. Many people have read your post and your rebuttals, and all have had the same reaction: you are in the wrong. OP, you can’t seem to see this situation from someone else’s viewpoint. To have successful relationships, you need to be able to do that.
