Thoughts? $4 million seems pricey for the neighborhood but it's beautiful

What does one do in this room?

It rubs the lotion into its skin or it gets the hose again.

😂😂 Thank you for the laugh today

Eh, I prefer AH to LV. It being cheaper would just be a bonus. The amount of cut through car traffic in LV is wild.

This. I live someplace else in central arlington but I like the layout of AH better than LV. It’s my preferred neighborhood in central Arl. Though I like LV west of Highland drive as well

A Symphony in Greige.

That’s barely even $2M in my book.

The inside lacks any character and it is “small” for the price and the neighborhood doesn’t warrant the added expense. This is a 3.1 mill max. The realtor who priced this should be ashamed.

This stood out to me too! Looks really cheap.

This house is terribly overpriced. I agree with whoever said that the real estate agents should be embarrassed to come out at this price. This house should be under 3. Maybe 2.6-2.7.

Especially love the exterior!.

Let's be friends. That was funny, but I think everyone else might be too young to get the reference!

+1 let’s see what it actually sells for and how long it takes.

As someone currently renovating a property, my guess is that the sellers are trying to recoup their cost. Renovation is expensive, and they definitely look like the did it the “right” way, and probably sunk a lot of money in it. That said, I prefer Ashton Heights to Lyon Village, but I agree this seems overpriced. I would think $3 mill is aspirational but they might find someone to make an offer. Close to 4 seems unrealistic, but whether that is the realtor or the sellers, hard to tell.

$4 million is definitely too high, but this house will clearly sell for over $3 million. Check out a similar sized house with worse finishes and design in a much less desirable part of the neighborhood that just sold for almost $3 million.

Yeah, no. More than that. Not $4M but a lot over $2M.
