Renovation is expensive, and they definitely look like the did it the “right” way, and probably sunk a lot of money in it. That said, I prefer Ashton Heights to Lyon Village, but I agree this seems overpriced. I would think $3 mill is aspirational but they might find someone to make an offer. Close to 4 seems unrealistic, but whether that is the realtor or the sellers, hard to tell. [/quote]
