I was going to try Book Lovers since I recently read People We Meet on Vacation and enjoyed it. Not my usual genre, but it was a good read while I had covid. Would have been better on a beach. |

I usually see this genre called "romcom" now ...
Emily Henry - Book Lovers is my favorite of hers, but I've liked all of them. Trish Dollar - loved all of them, start with Float Plan Rachel Lynn Solomon - all are excellent Katherine Center - the bodyguard one was my favorite Abby Jimenez |
It’s a tv series. |
| Loved The Bodyguard - preferred it over Lessons in Chemistry personally. |

Completely disagree. |
| Talia Hibbert's Brown Sisters trilogy |
| I've read most of Katherine Center's books, but "Happiness for Beginners" was probably my favorite of hers. Elin Hildebrand and Emily Henry are both great. Honestly, |
| If you want something funny, Jen Lancaster writes autobiographical books and they're quite amusing |
| I am reading Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez right now - I think it's cute! I like it so far. I'm about 70% done. |
| Reading "Nora Goes Off Script" and enjoying! |

Regardless of the label, OP wanted some light reads.
That we can work with and have! |

While dealing with heavy issues (loss of a child, divorce, depression), this book also has a lot of feelings and heated bedroom scenes--
Before I Let Go by Kennedy Ryan It's definitely not for everyone if you have one of those triggers, but I personally could not put it down. |
