Is your hair straight, wavy, or curly? Any pics of similar cuts to share? Thanks!

My hair is slightly wavy, I do prefer to use Revlon brush or flat iron for a couple of pieces, just to smooth them out.
This hairstyle has many different versions, I think it goes under #wolfcut

I'm thinking about getting a shag. My hair is about as long as it will get, and while it is wavy when shorter, the wave gets "weighted down", I guess, when it's longer. I think a shag will add the wave back in. I have a round face, though, and I'm afraid it will just look rounder with a shag.

I would worry that the wavy parts will just flip up. At least that's been my experience. I'd want to see it on someone with the same hair texture.

Good point. I feel like no one has my hair texture, though. I know that can't possibly be true, but my hair just seems uniquely bad. This is how it's been described to me by hairdressers: "slick" "slippery" "you have a lot of hair, but it's very fine hair". It won't hold a braid, and I can't wear it in a ponytail without straggles everywhere. What's the number for this type of hair?

Not sure how old you are, OP, but unless you are younger or have amazing bone structure, these haircuts are horrible. I think they are 'ugly-cute'... only attractive if the person looks otherwise amazing. If this sounds like you, keep it up, but if not, go to a professional, at least once a year.

This wolf cut that one poster is hell bent on insisting is the new trend is just a regular 70s shaggy mullet and it looks great on teens and women in their early 20s. A 30-40-50 year old mom with this cut is laughable. I get that the PP has this haircut and maybe she thinks she looks cute, but no.

+1 these are haircuts for beautiful faces.
I have flattering, pretty hair and a fairly ugly face, so when it's all put together I look cute. I would look like a ghoul with these haircuts. Forget about looking trendy and have a pro help you find something that is right for your face.
