Is is possible to ask for phone calls to be recorded?

Is this the answer to the "what is MFW" question? Wouldn't that be OFW?

My question is about both the legality and logistics of using an app like that to record kid/parent communication. Can the court order that their Dad uses this?

I know I can ask to have my communication with Dad go through something like this, but I'm asking about a child. Also, just logistically, can Dad communicate with all of us (me and both kids) on the same app without the kids seeing each other or my communications?

It was a suggestion. I don't know if it's the same or not.

It doesn't seem like random internet people can answer to your satisfaction. Consult a lawyer. You might have to take a look at the app yourself to determine if it would be what you want.

NP and I don't see how that helps since that is a message based app. Here, part of the dads restricted/supervised visitation arrangement is phone calls. It's a different situation than where the other parent has normal visitation and it seems unlikely you are going to be able to eliminate voice calls. Maybe some other app that records video would be an option.

You really need legal advice though because you have a highly atypical situation.
