That looks good! Or this one:

I wish it wasn't such a PITA to peel and chop butternut squash.

It's the one thing I'm willing to buy pre-cubed.

How many spears?

You've been around DCUM for awhile. Surprised you didn't suggest lightly fried tuna.

That sounds like my kind of party, tbh.

Pigs in blankets are my go-to.

Buy a package of Hillshire Farms little smokies (either pork or beef) and a sheet of Pillsbury croissant dough. Cut the dough into 40 pieces (if you have croissants instead of the sheet, then pinch two croissant triangles together and cut horizontally in half and vertically into fifths so you get 10 rectangles for each pair of croissant triangles). Wrap each sausage in a rectangle of dough and pinch the end together. Back according to package directions. I put them in an aluminum foil pan to take. You can reheat in the foil pan for about 5-6 min at 375 and serve them in the pan. Very popular and a lot better than the premade ones in the freezer package.

Queso in a rice cooker or small crockpot on keep warm... people love it. Add some red and green diced bell peppers for extra Xmas. Bring chips too. This only works if you can plug it in.
