| I’m going to a Christmas party. It’s a pot luck, and struggling with ideas of what time bring. Any thoughts and/or recipes? Most of my dishes are Easter and Fourth of July appropriate. |
| I like to make my life easy. I'd bring cookies that are somewhat holiday-esque. |
| A warm appetizer or decadent dessert. Something with citrus or cranberries in it as a side dish. |
| Something like these cranberry-brie bites: https://www.tablespoon.com/recipes/3-ingredient-cranberry-brie-bites/f6c8ca72-a175-482f-a0ca-8bd07c1075d1 |

| They didn’t tell you what “category” to work with? It’s going to be all desserts… |
| You can do a Christmasy salad with spinach, dried cranberries, spiced nuts, etc. I like to add roasted butternut squash. |
You should never be allowed to bring any food anywhere. You can be in charge of napkins, only. |
| I would probably bring a cheese board or something like that. |
No, PP is right. People love those little f**kers. |
I don't know what kind of people like meatballs in grape jelly, but am glad to not socialize with them. That is beyond foul. |
Grape jelly and chili sauce. It’s a thing. It’s been around forever but I only had it for the first time a few years ago…don’t knock it til you’ve tried it. |
It’s a Midwestern staple. Personally I don’t like my meat sweet. |
I just brought it to a pot luck and people loved it. |
