+1 Look at how lipsman even waffled on Ukraine. She has zero substance and would be a waste of the seat. Beyer has actually authored quite a few good bills, particularly in the last year and he does look out for his constituents. Aside from that, he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. People who have been around awhile have good constituent services. He's also a predictable vote - democratic, but he'll be part of the group pushing back against the progressive wing when they go too far. I'm fine with that and think it's better than whatever we'd get if he lost a primary. |
