I refuse to take any fliers from any political party. This year was de D, last year the R were at the ES. It’s inappropriate.

I mean it’s inappropriate to hand political propaganda at school events.
no it isn’t. Both are community responsibilities. It is something that has been done since I was in school in the dark ages of the 1970’s. Local community events are places where people who want to represent their constituents can actually meet their constituents.

This is a Back To School Night for parents to meet their kids’ teachers, NOT the political harassers. Go away, R or D.

And ours was in person!

Sorry, but this screams OpenFCPS (or whatever they are called now) troll. Troll harder. Some of us aren't into book banning/burning and turning our kids into brownshirts.

They aren't trying to get your vote. You're clearly an America-hating conservative. You're a lost cause and not their target audience.

Farmers markets are for everyone, including marginalized communities.

DP, but you sound like a putz. Maybe your priorities are making sure kids can change their genders at school without their parents even knowing.

That’s the way memory works. You f’ing really remember stuff you agree with. That’s why propaganda has worked so well on you.

Well, if people can stand near polling stations carrying guns, then they should be able to hand out a few leaflets. And no, 40 ft from a polling station entrance is not far enough for me.

An utterly predictable response.

If you want to know why we have the school board we have it's because nutjobs like you kept coming to my house with these insane takes and I was like, "I will vote for the other candidate because these people are loons."

Do you remember an ad with Ed Sullivan going door to door handing out checks for Publisher's Clearing House?
It never happened.

Well this is a disappointing thread. I thought it was going to be about the boy band BTS somehow getting involved in US politics.

That's what I get for browsing Recent Topics and not paying attention to the forum title. Anyone else?

They’ll take any vote they can get, legal or illegal, living or non-living, the more, the better. And the only party I hear saying that they hate their country are the dems. They are the only ones saying that they are embarrassed to be American and by fellow Americans. Conservatives aren’t the ones hating our country and wanting to turn it into something it was never meant to be. You are an America hating liberal, I am a conservative, but I don’t go around hating anyone. I will vote against you though, and I’ll do it every chance I get.

There was an older lady handing out Republican flyers at our BTSN. I took one and immediately threw it away.
