Not OP, but this is a health and fitness site. I would assume most people here make it a priority to eat well and avoid the junk. |
Fruit, veggies and < 4 oz or organic chicken or fish, non-dairy milk, egg white. No dairy, no processed food. Maybe a sweet potato. I might drink a a few juices or a smoothie No caffeine I like tea or hot water and ginger. |

I would get some long-term therapy for my disordered eating, so I could eat the occasional unhealthy meal and not freak out about it. Speaking from experience. It is so much better on the other side, trust me!
Best of luck to you. |
Luckily, I have internal organs so I go about my day knowing I’ll be fine. |
I don’t detox. But I do pray, self flagellate, donate to organic farmers, and cry a bit. It helps. |

I LOLed. |
I drink a can of coconut water and call it a day for food. That's my diuretic. |
Stop the disordered eating. Food is food. No need to detox after a more calorie dense meal. Eat, enjoy, move on. It’s all about balance. |
Fat, grease, and salt give me diarrhea. How does one enjoy diarrhea?
Eat clean. |
