| Yes, yes — it’s crowded, service is awful and food just meh —nothing new there. But how are Jimmy and Warren doing? |
| I totally agree that out of towners always want to go to FF. I have wondered if they do ads or some kind of marketing on the travel channel or something. |
+1. |
| When I moved to DC in 2008, FF was still a cool place to take visitors for brunch. It’s gone way downhill. I went there recently with a friend in town for a conference- she picked it - and it’s not very good, table was super crowded, and it was full of tourists. |
It used to be the bar featured in one of the true crime / forensics shows - Bones? CSI? I imagine my 70 something midwestern mom watching cable re-runs on TNT would be impressed by that. |
No it wasn’t. Their favorite place had a similar name but it was not founding farmers. It was f founding fathers. |
| Buffets are disgusting. Why do people go to buffets???? |
| I think the one in Tyson’s is fine. |
Its not. |

There's a reason Tom Sietsema gave it zero stars. I went to the Tysons location once - never again. There are so many better choices for brunch.

| Lol….who goes to buffets? Gross and dirty. |
Do they do communal seating or do you just really like to eat alone? |
| Wow, I’ve been to the Potomac location several times. It has always been decent (including service) so this thread surprises me. |
It gets 5 stares on Trip Advisors. The moral of the story is, never rely on Trip Advisors. |
| I am not a fan of buffets, but I wonder why with all the restaurants in the DMV that FF engenders such animosity? |
