It's always been a slight step above Cheesecake Factory or Olive Garden. |
| What part of you looked at its location and thought it wasn't for tourists? |
| People are still going to buffets????? |
I'm still so curious about what brought this review about. There has to be more to the story. |
| Every time I go there I remember Tom Sietsema's review of it and ask myself why I am there. I didn't really it was a brunch buffet and was so irritated. |
Yeah I feel like it had it’s place when it first opened-convenient, decent for groups and non-adventurous eaters. I definitely took my parents there when they were visiting because they are picky, but in different ways and I knew they could both find something they like. For out of towhees who mostly have chain restaurants back in their hometown, it probably seems like a good place. But I remember being really turned off the last time we were there, pre-pandemic, and have no desire to go back. Loud, mediocre food/drinks, poor service. |
| I went there once years ago when my sister visited from out of town and suggested we go. It was bad then, I can only imagine it's much worse now! Take it as a lesson learned and avoid. |

A buffet brunch at a tourist trap that has consistently gotten bad reviews for a decade wasn’t good?
Thank you so much for posting this PSA. |
I will happily meet you at both of those places over FF if those were my only choices. At least cheesecake actually trains their servers. |
Same ethnic lower sea and ethnic group |
| I am so relieved to see the negative review of founding farmers! It was so gross pre-pandemic. And the service was beyond bad. I was always baffled by how everyone seemed to like it! |
| It was good when it first opened and had 1 location. Unfortunately, they expanded quickly and went downhill. |
| I went recently because a client was visiting from London and had been before and liked it - he described it as farm to table! It was as disgusting as ever with even worse service than ever. |
| I can never EVER eat there again after they served my food with glass particles in it! Yep, I crunched down on a mouthful of glass. I can’t get past that. This was pre-COVID. |
Yes white folks! |
