Jumped on to say Brightland.

Fly by Jing if they like dumplings

Katz's Deli

Murray's Cheese

Olympia Provisions

Giordano's if they are Chicago pizza fans

Haven't tried it but tempted by Miami Fruit

Just go to their websites and you'll see their gift options

I'm curious why? We love to both give and receive edible arrangement baskets.

They have a ton of preservatives in them.

Not true at all!

You just made that up out of thin air! Why would someone post a verifiable lie like this? Are you trying to launch your own competing brand or something?

Mixed truffle boxes from the chocolate store on 18th st. They put beautifully colored chocolates from different makers in and hand write the little map labels. You can order online. The best gift.

There is someone who always posts that Edible Arrangements is “full of preservatives” and never backs up the statement.

Yea I’m rich. Gift baskets are déclassé and I don’t care for any of them unless it’s the swag basket from the Oscar’s or something like that

I’ve sent Jeni’s several times and it’s always well received.

+1. Edible arrangements are not good and not high end. Cowgirl Creamery is also a good idea

So weird.

They just sit around lurking until someone mentioned edible arrangements so that they can comment? I guess they really perked up when this gift basket thread was started. Imagine their disappointment if nobody mentioned the brand name after setting it up so well.

The best gift basket I’ve received was from Cowgirl Creamery.

If you don't know the people well I think it is a waste to send any kind of food product.

IMO I think they would probably appreciate a floral arrangement more.

I second (or third) Goldbelly. There’s definitely something on there iconic that they’ll like (or like enough to invite others over to enjoy).

I’m wondering what the overlap is here between people who are rich and white (I’m guessing it’s close to 100%).

I received an orchid from there that flowered for 6 months. That was very nice. I'm hoping it will flower again soon.
