Please try to get through to them that we need to vote Blue at all levels of government, to protect girls and women, and to prevent the country being awash in guns. Pick the most centrist Democrat if you want.

Who is the most centrist Dem?

Pretty sure the consensus is that it’s Franchot. Your mixed ticket friends have probably been voting for him for years.

Wes Moore is an enormous liability in the general election for Dems. He invented his autobiography.

No he did not. His book is 100% accurate and never questioned. The issue is that people invented a biography of him and he somehow is blamed for others misimpressions. And what is that misimpression? That he’s from Baltimore when he was born and spent his early years in Takoma Park before moving to the Bronx.

He's going to get picked apart by the MSM and conservative media as a "phony," whether or not its true.

Hopefully, Franchot pulls off a victory.

I don't get to vote in the primaries because I'm registered (I). I'll vote for Dems as long as they are normal.

I'm the AA poster, and I didn't ask that question.

The widow of the police officer murdered by the "other Wes Moore" hates the author Wes Moore with a passion. The GOP attack ads write themselves. My friend from college works for the Kelly Schulz campaign, and he said they're praying to face Moore.

Life long Democrat will cast his vote for Franchot or Schulz. No one else. Radical moderate.

If you were a registered Democrat, you could help Democrats who make it to the general be "normal." Part of the reason we have extremes on both sides is because voters sit out the primaries.

"Without the murder of Bruce, author Wes Moore would have had no moment in time to capitalize on. The widow and several family members of Sergeant Prothero would like to make it publicly known that the writing of this book has never been supported by Bruce’s widow, Ann Prothero, at any stage of the development, publication, promotion or follow-up. Ann Prothero has never received any compensation or directed any proceeds from the book to go to any charity, cause or organization. Ann’s stance, along with many members of the family, that “no one should profit” from the death of Bruce Prothero, whether it be financial, media attention or self-promotion has never wavered. Ann Prothero made this stance crystal clear to the author of the book through myself (family spokesperson for Ann Prothero) during the entire process of the book writing. At one point Ann Prothero had to seek legal counsel and gave notification to the author, Wes Moore, to stop misrepresenting her in support of the book. That was actually her only direct contact ever with author Wes Moore. Her goal has always been to minimize publicity and to keep her family out of the public eye."

Ugh, this guy better not win the nomination. This will be even worse than Ben Jealous.
