Brow lamination- why???

I see people with eyebrows like this and they just look like they've been electrocuted. It's terrible.

Did they shape them as well? Or just apply the solution to straighten them/push them up?

Just whyy? Chemicals near your eyes; stupidity. Glue eyebrows up, looks greasy
